Our candidate attraction strategy is designed to build long-term interest in your roles, not just fill vacancies. Retention starts from the very first conversation. We screen every candidate for values, motivations and long-term goals, not just technical skills. Interviews will be structured around behaviour and scenario-based questions, supported by DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) profiling and a consistent scoring model. Once placed, our relationship managers stay involved through the onboarding phase, supporting both the hiring manager and the new starter to ensure a smooth transition and long-term engagement.
