Head of Major Talent
Samantha leads the team at Major Talent, shaping the strategy and direction of the division. With over 15 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience across both in house and agency environments, she brings the perspective of having operated on both sides of the recruitment process. She has led large scale resourcing operations from shop floor to board level, supporting multiple manufacturing sites and more than 300 locations.
She is an expert in Food Manufacturing and FMCG across the UK, with a strong track record of building trusted partnerships with leading global manufacturers. Her experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Manager gives her a practical understanding of employer branding, workforce planning, and the pressures faced by hiring teams.
Samantha specialises in developing compelling employee value propositions and strengthening employer brands to attract and retain talent in competitive markets. Known for her strategic insight and hands on approach, she delivers tailored recruitment solutions that support long term business growth.

Bradley is a specialist in the food and ingredients sector, recruiting across the UK, Europe and the US for Cross-Functional Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Technical, Supply Chain and Purchasing roles. Ryan has over 12 years’ recruitment experience, specialising in Food Manufacturing and FMCG, with a particular focus on Supply Chain, Logistics and Planning. He works with businesses across the UK, recruiting from management level through to senior leadership and Director appointments. His experience spans large international food manufacturers, SMEs, and scaling and emerging brands, as well as high-growth businesses across FMCG, fashion and cosmetics. This gives Ryan a strong understanding of the challenges businesses face, from complex supply chains and operational growth to building high-performing teams in fast-moving environments.
