Head of Major Talent
Samantha leads the team at Major Talent, shaping the strategy and direction of the division. With over 15 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience across both in house and agency environments, she brings the perspective of having operated on both sides of the recruitment process. She has led large scale resourcing operations from shop floor to board level, supporting multiple manufacturing sites and more than 300 locations.
She is an expert in Food Manufacturing and FMCG across the UK, with a strong track record of building trusted partnerships with leading global manufacturers. Her experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Manager gives her a practical understanding of employer branding, workforce planning, and the pressures faced by hiring teams.
Samantha specialises in developing compelling employee value propositions and strengthening employer brands to attract and retain talent in competitive markets. Known for her strategic insight and hands on approach, she delivers tailored recruitment solutions that support long term business growth.

Sully specialises in developing new client relationships across the Food, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals and Health & Beauty sectors, working across the UK and Europe. He brings in new roles across a wide range of business functions and works closely with the team’s specialists to ensure the right talent is delivered.
